We collect name, email, family profiles, health info, immigration document details, and payment info processed by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide our services, send reminders, and process payments. We never sell your personal information.
3. How We Protect Your Information
All data uses SSL/TLS encryption stored on secure servers with strictly controlled access.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage), and Resend (email). Each is contractually required to protect your data.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at hola@inmigrante.help.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon cancellation we delete it within 90 days.
